Only a 5 minutes drive to the shops and services of Marpissa and Dryos villages, 15 minutes to the popular town of Naoussa and 3 minute drive to Golden Beach, the world famous beach of Paros island. Every other place on the island is within a maximum of 30 minutes driving.

Description of the villa

The villa has an area of 160 sqm, it lays on a plot of land of 1500 sqm. The main villa offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, then, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom offers twoo single beds.

Then there is a seperate guest room, with a double bed, a seperate entrance, a small kitchen, veranda and a bathroom.

The living room has a built in fire place and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven, a fridge – freezer, a dish washer, coffee maker and toaster.
