Right outside the garden gate is a long sandy, beach.
The village, and port, of Antiparos is just a five-minute walk away.
Both houses are in the charming Cyclades style and have spacious areas for outdoor eating and lounging.

Beach duplex:
Two large, separate and private rooms, linked by an internal staircase.
Each room has an en suite shower room and kitchenette.
On the lower level there is a double bed (and enough space for an additional single bed), while the upper level has three single beds. Both levels have a terrace, with the one on the lower floor stretching into the garden and shaded by an attractive eucalyptus tree.
This provides ample room for outdoor eating and lounging.
The flexible arrangement makes this house suitable for a single family or two couples.
The house is well equipped and there is access to a washing machine.

Beach house:
Built all on one level, the house has a spacious living and dining area with a built-in double bed and sofas, one of which can be used as another bed.
There is an open kitchen with marble counters. The hall off the living / dining area leads to a shower room and good-sized bedroom with three single beds (bunk beds, plus one single bed). Both rooms open out onto the terrace, which is shaded by a pergola and creates an attractive and comfortable outdoor living and dining area.

The house is well equipped and there is access to a washing machine.
