The hotel is situated right on the seashore in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the harbor of Antiparos.
It is built in the traditional Cycladic style, enhanced with modern architectural elements. The three buildings face the sea and are built around a garden and a pool. The complex offers a variety of accommodation types, all with balconies and sea view.
The harbor and the charming village of Antiparos with its pedestrian center with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, are only a few minutes away by foot. Many of Antiparos beautiful beaches are in walking distance from the hotel.

-The apartments have two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a second with a double or two twin beds. On the ground floor there are 3 apartments, between them there are the w/c and the kitchenette. The rooms of the ground floor apartments have separate entrance.
The 1st floor apartments are the same but they have with one entrance

The restaurant with a panoramic view over the harbor of Antiparos with ferries , the nearby island of Paros, the traditional fishing boats, the yachts and the sailing boats, is by the poolside and the seashore.
A wide selection of music caters to the different moods of the day.
On the menu there are breakfasts such as omelets cooked to order, a proper English breakfast, Greek yoghurt topped with honey, fresh fruits and walnuts, all served with bread from the local baker and freshly squeezed orange juice.
The American type pancakes with syrup are a bestseller loved by most children.
A range of snacks, pastas, salads, and Greek specialties are offered for lunch, for example classic Club Sandwiches, Mediterranean pasta with sundried tomatoes, olives and feta cheese, Cretan dakos with fresh tomatoes and xinomysithra, the local soft goat cheese, and kalamarakia with homemade tzatziki.
A bottle of local wine, a glass of cold beer, or ouzo with ice, goes very well with the surroundings and the meals.
The kitchen is closed in the evening but the bar stays open with a selection of fine wines, cocktails, beers, coffees, juices, soft drinks and ice-creams.
