Kavaki villa is located in a quiet spot above the main town of Paroikia, and offers fantastic sea views. Sunset is a wonderful experience from the huge terraces of this villa. As you enter from the entrance you enter in an open plan space with full equipped kitchen, bar and dining room with fireplace. Small art objects and decoration details create a special atmosphere. Next to the dining room is a cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas and wall paintings.

The villa features 3 bedrooms.
An air conditioned master bedroom with a king size double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third children’s bedroom with 2 twin beds (a third bed can fit in this room – upon request). These two last bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower.

On the terraces of the villa there are many sofas and sitting places plus a big dining table overlooking the Aegean. A pergola protects you from the summer sun. Panoramic sea views are possible from the huge terraces. This villa is for those seek serenity and peace of mind.
