A beautiful, well maintained holiday apartment in the center of Paroikia on Paros island. Ideal for families and for guests who do not want to rent a vehicle while visiting the island of Paros.
This family apartment is located just 400 meters away from the main port of Paros and 350 meters away from the bus station where buses can take you all around the island at all times of the day and night.
The nearest beach is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and you will find restaurants, cafes, bars, laundry, supermarkets very close to you. Your family will be close to what they need in this centrally located apartment.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, the one bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room which is able to sleep a 5th person. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your favourite dishes at home whereas upon request we can also provide a private Greek chef.

The town of Paroikia on Paros
Parikia is the capital town of Paros island, with the passenger and commercial port and the white windmill at the entrance to the town from the port. There are many small and beautiful settlements in Parikia, however the small town of Parikia itself will also fascinate you if you take a walk around the narrow alley ways, beachfront and nearby beaches.
The church of Panayia Ekantopiliani, the picturesque Venetian castle in the old market street, the church of Ayios Constantinos (Saint Constantine), the small hill of Ayia Anna (St. Anna) with the two windmills, which are considered to be a trademark of the island of Paros, the tall palm trees on the street along the sea (Yiannis Parios street) and all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes that attract all kinds of visitors.
In Parikia, the port of Paros, ships come and go all year long but mainly from spring and through summer, carrying people and goods.
The central market street (Lohayou Fokianou street) in Parikia, in Paros, with its shops along both its sides is quite attractive, with old buildings that are preserved in an excellent condition. Venetian mansions, the residence of the Dimitrakopoulos family and Mayor Mavrogenis’ fountains, all fit harmoniously with the small touristic shops and the antique shops of the city.
Most of the stores, taverns, restaurants, bars, cafeterias are situated on the street along the coast of Parikia (Giannis Parios st.) from the windmill close to the Bountaraki restaurant up until Livadia beach.
There are also many beautiful beaches that are located near the town of Parikia, you should vists Livadia beach, the beach in front of the sailing club, Krios, Ayios Fokas, Delfini beach and Parasporos beach.
