The villa has been designed and decorated with love and care, and the owner and the hostess are very interested in finding people to host who will love and care for the villa as if it belonged to them.
The house of the sun is located just 11 kilometers away from the main town of Paroikia on Paros, at a very close distance to the airport of Paros, a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Farangas, Aliki and Voutakos. Also the graphic village of Aliki is very close to the villa offering taverns, supermarkets, ATM machines and shops.
The villa offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with 2 large sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a large private yard for total relaxation in the sun, whereas there s also a shared swimming pool to cool you down on the hot days on Paros island. The villa is 76 square meters and can accommodate 4-6 people.
The outside yard is 170 square meters and offers a large covered, furnished area with a picturesque sea view and county side view. There is a huge dining area in the private yard that is suitable for guests and dinners with the feeling of total relaxation.
There is a large shared swimming pool for the guests of the house of the sun.
Cleaning and changes of linen are included in the price for once a week.
The island of Paros is very popular, you can come to relax or to have fun, as there are many alternative solutions for all tastes. There are brilliant yoga sessions on the island, horse riding activities, a large choice of water sports and many other exciting activities.

The villa is available for rent all year round and the minimum stay is 7 nights.
