KASSANDRA VILLA ON PAROS ISLAND
The luxury villa Kassandra is located in the area of Ayia Irini on Paros island, overlooking the bay of Ayia Irini. The villa can accommodate 10-12 people, as it offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!
The main villa is on one level and offers 3 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds that can be connected in order to make king sized double beds.
Then there is a double studio on the first floor of the villa that can also be rented separately as it has its own entrance, kitchenette and bathroom.
There is the fifth bedroom on the pool level (semi basement), which also offers its own entrance and private bathroom. On the main level of the villa, there is a huge fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room.
The villa is fully equipped with everything that you could imagine! All rooms are air conditioned and the WiFi signal is very strong. There is an international book library is available for all guests as well as a satellite TV set.

The villa Kassandra offers a huge, private garden with apricot trees, fig trees, pomegranate trees and orange trees in the Spring and summer. Various flowers, herbs and trees make a unique atmosphere around the private barbecue area.
The villa has its own private entrance and all areas are 100% private apart from the huge infinity pool which is shared with villa Phaedra (for 5 people).
The back garden is where the barbecue and all of the fruit trees are, whereas the front of the villa offers a huge, shady furnished veranda with modern Cycladic archways offering breathtaking sea views and a vision of the islands Antiparos, Sifnos and Serifos.
The huge infinity pool is equipped with 2 large pergolas, a dining area, sunbeds, a large table and benches, life belts, life jackets and toys for children.
